Welcome to the Finnish Saturday School in the East Midlands!

The school is open to anyone interested in the Finnish language and culture. We meet up in the Robjohn Hall in Narborough, less than 10 miles south of Leicester, every other Saturday during term time. Come and visit us on any school day!

The purpose of the East Midlands Saturday School is to advance education in the Finnish language and culture. The classes are aimed at children whose parent or parents are of Finnish descent. In addition, we will also continue to teach adults during the school year 2016/2017.

All Finns, their families and friends of Finland of all ages are welcome to the school, either to participate in the classes or just to pop in for a chat and a cup of Finnish coffee and cakes.

Welcome to our web pages. You can come see us on any school day. Please note that we also offer free trial lessons in all our groups for everyone who would first prefer to see how we work. Just get in touch beforehand and let us know when you would like to visit us. You can stay with us from 2pm - 4.30 pm and this first trial session is free of charge.

Check School Dates for next term's dates. For more information, see School, Learning Finnish and News.
